We will give an appraisal of the value, handle the marketing, arrange local press advertising, keeping you advised throughout the process. We will liaise with solicitors during the transaction and give further advice on any clauses which need to be inserted in the lease or conveyance to protect your future interests.
If you wish to manage the property we can add it to our portfolio of managed properties and account to you monthly for rent received and expenditure made.
