Legal Requirements
If you are marketing a property for sale, you are required by law to provide and Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) to any prospective buyer. Once obtained, a certificate remains valid for up to ten years. Keates can provide an EPC for your property. Anti-Money Laundering we will need to prove your identity.
